WAYFINDING DESIGN TYPOGRAPHY

Locksbrook Road
~ A Modular wayfinding system

A select team of undergraduates from the Graphic Communication course was chosen to design the wayfinding system for the building that would become a new art and design campus for Bath School of Art and Design. The building was formerly known as the Herman Miller Factory and was designed by Grimshaw Architects who returned to update the building.
The seven of us worked alongside the architects and university staff to create a system that compliments the building’s original design, whilst also delivering themes of action, creativity and dynamics to the students and staff that will work and learn together at this campus.
